OpenBSD Errata: June 15, 2023 (libx11)

Errata patches for libX11 CVE-2023-3138 have been released for
OpenBSD 7.2 and 7.3.

Binary updates for the amd64, i386 and arm64 platform are available
via the syspatch utility.  Source code patches can be found on the
