OpenBSD Errata: February 2, 2022 (drm libexpat)

Errata patches for kernel Intel GPU driver and expat XML library 
have been released for OpenBSD 6.9 and 7.0.

Binary updates for the amd64, i386 and arm64 platform are available
via the syspatch utility.  Source code patches can be found on the
