OpenBSD Errata: June 12th, 2017 (sti)

Errata patches for sti have been released for OpenBSD 6.1 and 6.0.

An integer overflow exists in two range checks.

As this affects the kernel, a reboot will be needed after patching.
The fix is only needed on the hppa architecture.
